Jeff comes to the role with 2 years previous presidential experience. He is a paddler with the Long Beach team Kahakai Outrigger. Along with his acceptance of the position,  he appointed Windy Foster as our new Corporate Secretary. Windy also has 2 years of previous experience as secretary with our association. stellar race hosted by Hanohano Outrigger. Weather was perfect, even though
a few of us were wondering exactly what possible threat the dark clouds were
